Our customer reviews

I love this book, It is clearly written and has the most wonderful visuals. Simple prompts with almost child like illustrations. Every page is thick, smooth and glossy and a pleasure to hold. It brings a smile to your face and encourages you to switch off and quiet the mind. I wish it had more pages!show more
