Well, let me just say that i tried to write a journal a couple of times but i never really got into to it. Finding the Q&A a day was perfect, because all it takes for me is answering one question per day ( Can't complain about being lazy) ... But don't fool yourself, a lot of the questions will make you go deep down inside and really think about yourself and your life!
Amazing for people who want to see their opinions e ideas changing over the years... I actually do think about how am i going to answer the same question in the next few years.

I was never good at keeping a journal... it's really hard to put a day in to a words. But, with this book all i need to do is simply answer the question... :)show more
