FORM No. Vl. License for wholesale vend under' Rule 45. ' B0 it known that A. B., resident of ( ), is hereby authorised to sell opium, intoxicating drugs and poppy-heads by wholesale, subject to the provisions contained in the India-n Opium Act, 1873, or in the rules made thereunder, and to the following conditions, namely: -I.-That he shall _sell opium, intoxicating drugs and poppy-heads in the districts and places specified below and in no other districts or places. II.--Thut he shall scll opium, intoxicating drugs and poppy-heads to Government, to other holders of licenses for wholesale vend, and to farmers, and to licensed vendors under Rule 53 or 63 of the 1'ules published under Notification of the Punjab Government, No. 653 A. of lst April 1889. lII.--Tl1a.t he shall not sell at one time to one person less than 10 sers of opium and intoxicating drugs or less than twenty sers of poppy-heads. IV.--Tha.t he shall not adulterate the opium sold by liini. V.--That he shall purchase opium, or intoxicating drugs, or poppy-heads, from Government or from licensed cultivator-s, licensed vendors, farmers, holders of licenses for wholesale vend under Rule 45 of the said rules, and holders of licenses for purchase of standing crops of poppies under Rule 50; and from no other persons.
