Be it enacted by tke General Assembly of the Act of1856-i State of north-carolina, and it is hereby enacted by me WW authority of the same, That an act passed by the General Assembly, at the Session of 1856 entitled an act con cerning the institution for the deaf and dumb and the blind, chapter 4th, said act being amendatory of the Revised Code, chapter 6th, part lst, and section 14th, he, and the same is hereby amended by striking out ten in the second sec tion and third line, and inserting fifteen.
