The amount of sickness in this town has been remarkably small and there has been complete immunity from Diarrhoeal, Dysenteric, and Typhoid forms of disease. There is. no contagious disease in the town at present. Such casesare always promptly reported. FOND DU LAC COUNTY. Byron: Dr. W. H. Willson, Health Officer. Population, 1,500. Board of Health organized. No public water supply; water obtained from wells. No hospital building. No sanitary ordinances adopted or sanitary work done, the reason being that " there is no occasion for it." No report made concerning public thoroughfares or places. Think there are many nuisances that endanger the purity of water supply and matters on private premises that may be dangerous to the health of residents in their vicinity. There have been no cases of Diarrhoea, Dysentery or Typhoid Fever, and there are now no cases of contagious disease. Such cases are reported when they do occur. Ashford: Dr. S. S. Stack, Health Officer. Population of village of Campbellsport about 150. Board of Health organized. The water supply is obtained mostly from drilled wells. No hospital building. No general ordinances have ever been adopted and we deem them of no account in our rural district but each member of the board is expected to report any unsanitary conditions he may observe in the town and have them corrected.
