Frank Romano is Roger K. Fawcett Distinguished Professor of Graphic Arts at the Rochester Institute of Technology. A widely-known consultant to organizations such as J. Thompson, John Hancock Insurance and General Electric, he was founding editor of Electronic Publishing Magazine. He is author of several best-selling graphics arts books, including Encyclopedia of Graphic Communications (GATF/Prentice Hall PTR).
