Qnd. That with respect to the admission of the iltiieers ot' the State Corps, your Committee are of 0 it. Should be re fei'ed to the decision of the General Meeting, where other cases of a similar nature 'will probably be determined, many such Corps in difierent States having served'their country with great. Reputation, and from the advantages which have arisen to the United States by the extraordinary aid extended by those Troops to the Continental Army, and from time to time their cheerful co-operation with the said Army, Justly iii the Opinion of this Committee, entitles them to the fullest.
