Either in person or by proxy, it was announced by the Chairman that the meeting was duly organized and ready to proceed with business. On motion of Rev. N. H. D. Wilson the temporary officers were elected as the permanent officers of the meeting. Rev. G. W. Welker presented his credentials as State Proxy, which was read and received.
