Nothing further has been accomplished in financial settlement with Colonel Retel or his Adjutant, C. W. Chappell, or Quartermaster D. J. Cupps, since last Division Orders. The deficiency has increased, but we hope to report a full settlement in next Division Order. XI. Camps 28 of Utica, 41 of Waterville, 49 of Woodhull, 85 of Chateaugay Lake, 91 of Akron having failed to report for quarter ending Dec. 31st, they are hereby suspended. Unless these Camps report before May 10th they will be reported to Commandery-in-Chief and Charter revoked. XII. In response to official question No. 1, issued March 30th, 1889, the Adjutant of this Division was instructed by Division Council to properly arrange and classify the records of this Division. In accordance therewith, you will find inclosed a blank to be filled for furnishing to these headquarters the needed information. Captains will please to give this matter prompt attention and return same to Division Adjutant at once. The following Camps have no reports of installing officers on file in Division Headquarters: Camps 4, 5, 8, 33, 35, 44, 56, 71, 86,98,99, 118, 120, 122, 124. Blank reports are herewith inclosed and should be promptly filled and returned to Division Adjutant. XIII. In accordance with instructions of Commandery-in-Chief, General Orders No. 9, Sec. 1. the following committee is hereby-appointed to draft Division By-Laws, to be submitted at the next Division Encampment at Peekskill: Brothers C.
