ORGANIZATION. The Standing Committee elected at the Annual Meeting of the Trustees, June 11, 1889, met for organization immediately thereafter. The Rev. Morgan Dix, D. D., was chosen Chairman, the Rev. William S. Langford, D. D., was chosen Secretary, and the following Standing Committees were duly elected: Committee on Ileal Estate: The Rev. E. A. Hoffman, D. D., Mr. W. Bayard Cutting and Mr. Elihu Chauncey. Committee on Finance: The Rev. E. A. Hoffman, D. D., the Hon. John A. King and Mr. C. Vanderbilt. Committee on Supplks and Repairs: The Rev. E. A. Hoffman, D. D., Prof. Henry Drisler, LL. D., and Mr. Elihu Chauncey. REAL ESTATE. The Committee on Real Estate begs leave to report that the only change made in the leases during the last year was the renewal of the lease of lots 67-73 to John Lynch, for twenty-one years to 1910, at a rental of $3,300 per annum.
