Which was decided in the afiirmative by the following vote: .AFFIRMATIVE---ASSlSt9, nl3 Aldermen Foley, Murphy, Clancy, Keating, Healy, Theiss, the President, Assistant Aldermen Kreps, Wade, Kehoe, Brucks, Kelly, Simonson, Cumisky, Sommers, and Beyea--16. And the same was directed to be sent to the Board of Aldermen for concurrence. Assistant Alderman Kreps called up G. O. 629, being a resolution, as follows: Resolved, That the grade of Eighty-first street, from the Ninth to the Tenth avenue, be changed so as to conform to the red lines and figures on the annexed diagram, and the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to give effect to the provisions of this resolution. The President put the question whether the Board would agree with said resolution. Which was decided in the afiirmative by the following vote: AFFIaMAT1vE--Assistant Aldermen Foley, Murphy, Clancy, Keating, Healy, Theiss, the President, Assistant Aldermen Kreps, Wade, Kehoe, Brucks, Kelly, Simonson, Cumisky, Sommers, and Beyea--16. 'And the same was directed to be sent to his Honor the Mayor for approval. Assistant Alderman Wade called up G. O. 675, being a resolution, as follows: Resolved, That the sidewalk on north side of Forty fourth street, from Ninth to Tenth avenue, be flagged full width, where not already done, under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works; and that the accompanying ordinance therefor be adopted. The President put the question whether the Board would agree with said resolution.
