If you are going to buy only ONE Paleo book, make it this one! This book might seem expensive, but it is REALLY BIG and full of so much (easy to read) information, 120 recipes and a bunch of different 30 day meal plans! Some things have to be modified for me as I live in NZ and all the measurements (and some of the ingredients) are U.S specific, but it is easy enough to modify.
