Joseph Aloysius Peploski (September 12, 1891 - July 13, 1972) was a Major League Baseball third baseman who played for the Detroit Tigers during the 1913 season. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Pepper attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey where he played baseball from 1910 to 1913 for the "Pirates." Peploski was 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m) tall, weighed 158 pounds, and was a right-handed batter and thrower. In June 1913, at age 22, Pepper made it to the Major Leagues with the Detroit Tigers.
