Patches : Patch: Part or Area Distinct from That about It
PATCHES was inspired by the author's desire to share, in a unique way, his memories of growing up on his family's small produce farm. By using the multi-meaning word "patches," he was able to weave a story in and through his life. Armed with just a handful of small black and white pictures of the author as a child, the illustrators took the challenge of imagining a time "long ago" and creating thoughtful images. When the young and old, A to Z (Anthony, Quin, and Zoey) came together, they created a timeless classic that will be read for generations to come.
