Whereas Robert Ferrand, Gent', of the Parish of Bingley, did, vpon his petition, obtaine from the Court att Yorke, an order or decree bearing date the Seaueuth day of Octob', I6 9, for y' erecting of one Pew or Loft, betwixt the Second an Third Pallar from y Belhouse, on the South side of the Parish-Church of Bingley aforesaid, to containe fiue yeards in Length & three yeards & a foot in Bredth; Since w'h time the said Robert Ferrand, gent', hath, in pursuance of the said order or decree, hath erected the said Loft, w'hout prejudice to the p'ticular Seates of any 'son or p'sons what-soever, or prejudice to view of the Font or eading Deske Standing in the Said church. Witnesse our hands the day & yeare aboue written.
