A Note from Dr. Young: I designed my book "Parasites and Worms in Humans," as a educational medical reference textbook for anyone with an educational level between high-school students, through and including medical students. It will be easily understood by the average lay person who has no medical knowledge, yet contains enough referenced information, genuses, disease types, and ICD -10 billing codes, for medical students who need details. I wrote this book as an instructional resource, with the same information I would present at a weekend educational seminar designed for the average family with children; discussing parasites, worms, and what can be done to eradicate these unwanted pests from the human body using therapeutic grade, natural herbal medicines. As a teaching tool, I've also included the exact remedial protocols I developed and use whenever I treat my patients, for any type of parasite or worm infestations. Instructions are included on how any lay person can easily obtain, directly from the manufacturers, the exact herbal medicines I use in my practice when I treat my parasite and worm patients. There are numerous types of parasites and worms which I've seen infest humans. Some are rare while others are more common. The heart of my book details the most common parasites and worms that can, and do, infest mankind from any part of this globe, including highly developed countries such as the USA. This book discusses the following twelve parasites and worms: 1. Amoebae Acanthamoeba & Balamuthia Mandrillaris, 2. Amoeba Entamoeba Histolytica, 3. Amoeba Naegleria Fowlera, 4. Blastocystis, 5. Giardia, 6. Hookworms, 7. Lymphatic Filariasis (Elephantiasis), 8. Pinworms, 9. Roundworms, 10. Tapeworms, 11. Trichinella, 12. Whipworms. If a parasite is not listed in my book which may be of concern, the Educational Therapeutic Protocols I teach in my book could also be applied to other parasites and worms. An example is the "Human Botfly" (Dermatobia hominis) (a.k.a.: American Warble Fly) and the very similar / related horse botfly, the "Equine Botfly." Both have nearly identical life cycles, infestation and complications to their hosts. I cannot say my protocols will help in all cases of parasites and worms, but I would at least try it. If in doubt, use the strongest protocols. A strong immune system and common sense hygienic practices are paramount to help eradicate and keep a body clear of parasites. Any herbal program works best when a person has a natural strong immunity. This will require paying attention to eating a good wholesome diet and other best-line nutritional support. Chapter One of my book can be read for free on my website:, under the topic "parasites." This book is for educational purposes only and has not been evaluated by the FDAshow more

About Dr David G Young N D

Doctor Young has been working in the medical field since 1972. He graduated from medical school in 1990 as a "Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine" and received his license to practice Naturopathic Medicine in the State of Oregon in 1993. He maintains "Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine" licenses in both Oregon and Washington USA, and a USA national license from the Pastoral Medical Association as a Pastoral Science Doctor. He served his externship at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and his internship at Gresham Naturopathic Clinic; both in Oregon USA. After completing his internship he worked in private practice, then worked as the medical director for a large multi-disciplinary clinic, then back again into private practice. His decision to go back into private practice was so he could give his patients more personalized attention. Dr. Young thinks outside the box of conventional medicine and treats a wide variety of medical problems for patients that have been told by conventional medicine they are incurable, or failure by conventional medicine to recognize and address the concerns of patients. This includes infestation of parasites and worms in humans. He has maintained an educational self-help, alternative medicine website since 1998. As calls began coming in from all over the USA and abroad about parasites, it was apparent a book needed to be written to address infestation problems with parasites and worms; because when those patients expressed their concerns about parasites and worms to their conventional doctors, those patients were being told: "It is all in your head" or "You're crazy."show more
