The powder to be applied is placed in the Glass Tube. After the Hard Rubber Tube in position by inserting the Rubber Plug in the powder may be expelled by compressing the Bulb. When a very small quantity of powder is to be used, it may be aced u the Rubber Tube and blown out with one compression of the Bulb.
