Review Text

I found [Overcoming Low Self-Esteem] a thoroughly enjoyable read, and would recommend trainee therapists read it also, as it will increase your understanding of the treatment of low self-esteem and undoubtedly enhance the quality of your delivery of therapy to the clients who still need a 'real' therapist.
