This series of messages "Ourselves And Our God!," presented by Dr. Burke, deals with the mystery of God; the power and greatness of God; life in the Spirit of God; God's plan and will for our lives; and how we can more effectively open our lives to the full life God intends. The series is based on the prayer, ..".and grow in the knowledge of God. (Colossians 1:10). Dr. Burke writes: "I want to share with you some thoughts about 'Ourselves And God!" The need of our lives, our church and our world are summed up in Colossians 1:10. 'We pray that you bear fruit in active goodness of every kind and grow in the knowledge of God.' How shall we picture God in our minds? How shall we frame a true conception of God? What is God like? After what image are we created? Those are the questions we shall deal with."show more
