About Scott Millin

Scott Millin was born in 1968, the second of three children to Paul and Betty Millin. He spent his childhood living in Rowley and Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Scott has spent his life as many things: campaign manager, wage surveyor, housing inspector, stay-at-home dad, milkman, and bookkeeper.
