Excerpt from Ordinances and Resolutions of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore Passed at the Annual Session 1909-10 Beginning for the same at a point on the westerly water line of Pier No. 2, at the distance of one hundred and two feet southerly from the intersection of said westerly water line with the line of the south side of Pratt street, as widened, be ing at the end of the first line of the lot whose use was granted by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to the Standard Oil Company; thence binding on the second line of said lot, and at right angles to the westerly water line of Pier No. 2 (easterly feet more or less) to a point in the center of a drive and trackway fifty feet wide there situate, with the use in com mon with the other grantees of franchises on said pier; thence southerly along the center line of said drive and trackway twenty feet; thence westerly by a line par allel to the second line of the lot granted as aforesaid to the Standard Oil Company, ninety-nine and four hundred and sixty-five thousandths feet to the westerly water line of Pier No. 2, and thence northerly along said water line twenty feet to the beginning. Containing one thousand nine hundred and eighty-nine and three-tenths square feet of land, of which five hundred square feet is in the west half of the above drive and trackway fifty feet wide.
