President Ittner.--The resolutions, under the rule, will go to the Committee on Resolutions. Secretary Sayward.--This is accompanied by a letter expressing the difficulty that the San Francisco Exchange finds in meeting with the National body, and while it states that they may not be able to continue in the future, it is accompanied by a check for the pro rata assessment for the coming year. President Ittner.--I desire to say that this completes the list, with the exception of Denver, which we passed over, the delegate from that city not being here. If the delegate is present from Denver, we would like to have him step forward and make his report now, and that will then complete the list. Secretary Sayward.--He is not present. Saginaw left a communication here which they wished me to read in case they were not present, and said they were going away. Are they here? A Delegate.--They are not here. President Ittner.--If they made such a request, I would then read the communication. Secretary Sayward.--In reporting for the Saginaw Exchange the Secretary says: Sag1naw, E. S., M1ch., Feb. 1, 1893. To the National Association of Builders: In reporting for the Saginaw Exchange I must necessarily omit the exact statement of the reports of our officers for the current term, as they are not made until the close of the term, the first Wednesday in April. I will say, however, that our Exchange is holding its own in point of numbers, or nearly so. We are out of debt. The Exchange is not incorporated.
