December 17, the statement is made that while the quarterly conference of the First Methodist church took no final action at a recent meeting, a committee was appointed to confer with the archi teet. Mr. Gilbert, to have a sketch plan prepared on which estimates may be made. If the building is feas ible, and within the means of the church, it is stated that the local church will accept the offer.
