Novell's Guide to Resolving Critical Server Issues
The five main causes of system failure are considered to be software defects, operator error, inappropriate hardware maintenance, local area network defects and global acts of God. This guide addresses the first three problems. It covers NetWare 3.11, 3.12, 4.1 IntranetWare and IntranetWare 4.11, passing on to the reader a set of instructions for fixing problems. There are explanations on the use of Novell utilities, such as NetWare Debugger, as well as procedures for recognizing weak points in the historical performance of a network.
