About Bui Ngoc Khoi

Born in Hanoi, Bui ngoc Khoi followed parents to Saigon, South Vietnam in 1954 when the Geneva Accord divided the country at the 17th parallel. Arriving in the US in 1975, Khoi resettled in the Bay Area, NorCal and still lives there with family.
