State of New York State Of New York ) County of New York S' On this 13th day of November, in the year one O7q thousand nine hundred and one (1901), before me personally appeared W M Benjamin, the subscribing witness to the foregoing instrument, with whom I am personally acquainted, who being by me duly sworn, did depose and say: that he resided, at the time of the execution of said instrument, and still resides in Garrisons Pytnam County New York; that he is, and then was acquainted with Hamilton Fish Julia K Benjamin and Susan L R Rogers and knew them to be three of the individual described in and who executed the foregoing instrument; and that he, said subscribing witness. was present and saw Hamilton Fish Julia K Ben-379 jamin & Sman L R Rogers execute the same; and that said Hamilton Fish Julia K Benjamin & Susan L R Rogers duly acknowledged to him, said witness, that they executed the same; and that he, said wit-ness, thereupon subscribed his name as witness thereto. Tho. J. Williams Notary Public N Y Co Said exhibit endorsed as follows: Nos. 197-203 (inclusive) Third Avenue. Nicholas Fish, rt ah to Manhattan Railway Company and The New York Elevated Railroad Company. CONVEYANCE & RELEASE. Past damages since Bldg Frontage 82 feet. Date October 24th, 1901. Amount $5,812.00 Mr. Wattgh: I also offer in evidence con-sent by mortgagee to the before mentioned release.
