About Neeta Oza

Neeta Oza is a Yoga and Pilates instructor, blogger, and all-round health, fitness and wellbeing lover who lives in London. In her mid-20s, Neeta volunteered for the charity MIND, and to give back from her amazing experience, decided to give 50% of every book purchased back to the charity. She also vowed, at 25 years old during a Saturday night Chinese meal with friends, to stay in the best physical shape once she reached 40; and ever since has been trying to stay in the best mental shape too.
A fourteen-minute Law of Attraction YouTube clip changed her life for the better in 2016; led her to viewing multiple motivational speakers, and also led her to writing this book: My Mini-Micro Mindset Manual is due for release by Hashtag Press in January 2019.
