My Body...My Life... is a women's empowerment program. The program has also received the Oklahoma Governor's Commendation, the Oklahoma House of Representatives Citation and the 2013 Human Rights Award for their work combating violence against men and women in the schools and in the community. About Robert Montgomery Moore

Sergeant (ret) Robert Moore MHR, LPC is the author, founder and primary developer of My Body...My Life.... Bob is a retired police sergeant, with over 30 years of service, a school safety and resource officer, a certified defensive tactics instructor through the State of Oklahoma Council of Law Enforcement Education and Training, a Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor and has been an adjunct professor in both psychology and criminal justice. Bob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University and a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, as well as postgraduate work in Human Relations. Bob currently works with families around Norman, Oklahoma, providing counseling and therapeutic services for individuals, couples and families. During his police career he has been involved with Street Gang Investigation, Narcotics Investigation, Street Crimes Unit, Field Training, Defensive Tactics, Academy Training, Pistol Team, Peer Support Team, Sexual Assault Response Team, Critical Incident Stress Management and the Crisis Intervention Team. Bob is active in presenting My Body...My Life... programs to schools, colleges, universities, businesses and organizations in Oklahoma and across the country.
