Augusta, Oa.--Div. 577, entering into a new 5'ear. has the brightest outlook ever. Every member is ready to do his duty, and all new men In the service express their willingness to become helpers. Jan. 14, our annual installation of officers took place. Bro. Joseph C. Colgan, Chairman International G. E. B., being with us, made the occasion most enjoyable. After all business was finished the Division held an open session and smoker, to which every platform man was invited to attend. The meeting was largely attended, and the speech of Bro.
