Mount of Ascension, as recorded in the first chapter of the Book of Acts they said to him, "Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?" They supposed that His sufferings now being past, and the Lord having been raiscd again from the dead, the kingdom would be immediately established. But of course they were to fird out later that this was not going to be so When our Lord Jesus Christ stepped out u on His earthly ministry, as recorde in the Gospel of Matthew, He first offered Himself to His own nation. And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. And when ye come into an house, salute it. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it; but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. And more
