Work. The substitute was laid on the table, and the motion to re-appoint prevailed. The report was referred to the Editor of the Michigan Christian Advocate, with request for its publication. The committee, by vote, was asked to prepare a succinct statement of the aid received from the Church Extension Board, and publish the same in the Christian Advocate, of New York; also, in the Northwestern Christian Advocate, of Chicago, Ill.
The names of pastors whose characters had passed at the session of yesterday, and who had not reported Missionary Collections, were called and their collections reported.
The Twentieth Question of the General Minutes Was the character of each preacher examined? Was now resumed.
Wm. J. Campbell was called and passed. He reported at length the work of love during the year on Adrian District.
