To Blue River Association when met with Pleasant Grove church, in Orange county, Indiana, MINUTES or ran SALEM ASSOCIATION.' 7 commencing on the second Saturday in September, 1896, Elders A. A. Shoultz and J. T. Oliphant, and 8th. To'Bethel Association when met with Salem church, in Benton, Franklin county, Ill., commencing on Friday before the third Sunday in September, 1896, Elders Archie Brown and Lemuel Potter, and Brethren W. T. Young and R. Brumfield. 9th. To Patoka Association when met with South Fork church, near Pleasantville, Pike county, Ind., commencing on Friday before the first Sunday in September, 1896, Elders A. A. Shoultz, W. L. Fleener, and Brethren J. F. Williams, W. T. Young. 5th. Chose Elder W. L. Fleener to preach the next introductory sermon, and Elder A. A. Shoultz his alternate. 6th. Chose Elders J. H. Oliphant, B. W. Thompson and G. A. Bretz, to preach on tomorrow, and that services commence at 9:30 a. m. ' 7th. Called for report of finance committee, which report shows that they received the sum of $40.35. After deducting the sum of $20 for printing and distributing the minutes, said committee have apportionedthe balance among our ministers who have borne correspondence the past year. On motion and second the report was received, and the committee discharged. 8th. The Clerk was appointed to superintend the printing and distribution of a suflicient number of minutes for the churches, and corresponding 'Associations. 9th.
