Hoop or band iron, or hoop or band steel, cut to lengths, or wholly or partly manufactured into hoops or ties, coated or not coated with paint or any other preparation, with or without buckles or fastenings, for baling cotton or any other commodity.
Railway bars, made of iron or steel, and railway bars made in part of steel, T rails and punched iron or steel ﬂat rails, railway fish plates or splice bars, made of iron or steel.
Sheets of iron or steel, common or black, of whatever dimensions, and skelp iron or steel.
