Description

This is a brilliant literary study both of Dransfield the poet and of the 1960s as a cultural state. Patricia Dobrez's illuminating narrative not only traces the development of the poet's talents but also explores the poems, re-evaluating them--and the poet's contribution to Australian literature--within a contemporary cultural-studies framework.show more
