This book has great, sound nutritional advice that lets you build your 'Own' nutrition plan. It's interesting to note here, is that the authors really make sure that the plan you follow, should align to your particular goals. It's easy to follow, and provides a list of recipies that would make any lazy man, have no excuse what so ever to get cooking in the kitchen. They do come from a 'lo-carb' point of view, but intelligently advise the right types of carbohydrates one should consume, but also the timing of when you need these particular macronutrients. Im a fitness trainer myself, have been educated in mainstream nutrition, done a bodybuilding show, and certified in cross-fit training. These guys will have your dietry needs covered, whatever your training background is. Recommended to all. And no, I'm not a sales-man trying to promote the book, its good reading with no non-sense nutrition more
