About Paul Douglas Carter

Interdisciplinary scholar, artist and writer Paul Carter is currently professorial research fellow at The Australian Centre, University of Meibourne. His most recent book is Repressed Spaces: the Poetics of Agoraphobia, Reaktion Books, London, 2002. Other books include The Road to Botany Bay, 1987 and The Lie of the Land, 1996. He is currently working on an LED-based artwork and ground design for North Terrace, Adelaide, called Tracks.
