The bill alleges that the defendant has now and has hail for sometime past, confined within the narrow limits of a small lot, near the northeastern boundary line of his land and adjoining the property of the plaintifl', a large 11ll1l1l)91' of fowls, hogs and dogs, namely--five hundred or IHOYB chickens, two hundred or more duel-ls, fifty or more 99-59v 3 large number of guinea fowl and turkeys, also one or more (log kennels containing fifty or more dogs and several 01' more hog pens containing forty hogs, and that he 8150 keel" and maintains on the premises one or more oows, calves and horses.
