Mary Cunningham Agee (born 1951 in Falmouth, Maine) is an American business executive, author, corporate strategic planner, entrepreneur and philanthropist. One of the first women in the U.S. to break through the corporate glass ceiling by serving in the top management of two Fortune 100 companies in the 1980s, she was twice voted one of the "25 Most Influential Women in America" by World Almanac in 1981 and 1982. Her contributions in the struggle for freedom and equality for women were recognized by inclusion in American Women Activists' Writings: An Anthology 1637-2002, along with other pioneers including Susan B. Anthony, Helen Keller and Eleanor Roosevelt. Agee is a Managing Partner of the Semper Charitable Foundation and CEO of the family's boutique wine business, Aurea Estate Wines, Inc.
