Review quote

"The kind of books that adults will covet and collect as well... The language and structure is simple enough for young readers, while a biographical timeline at the end of each book offers greater historical complexity" * Irish Times * Best children's books for spring - "Strikingly illustrated, they're superb first biographies for younger readers." * The Huffington Post * "Brilliantly accessible and inspiring" * Rhino Reads * "One children's books series trying to fight back... by telling the inspiring stories of women who overcame adversity and made history by pursuing their childhood dreams." * Toronto Star * "As well as highlighting her achievements, the book quietly emphasises how wonderful the imagination can be, and how this can inspire others, too. This is shown even through the illustrations, as Agatha's creations spill out across the pages." * Book Trust * "A QUIRKY kids biography series" * The Voice * 'This inspiring and informative little biography comes with extra facts about Marie's life at the back. Engaging illustrations are a real feature of the book and they combine with the easy-to-read text to give a good introduction. Check out the rest of this excellent series too.' * Parents in Touch * 'Sumptuously illustrated hardbacks, they take the life stories of famous women in history and retell them in a child-friendly way' * Daily Mail *
