About Thomas Kwan-Choi Tse
Michael H. Lee received his doctorate in the field of higher education studies at the University of Hong Kong, is a Lecturer in the Department of History of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, teaching and researching in the area of educational history, development and policy in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
