About Charles J. Brooks
Kevin Carpenter has a BA and MA in English from Iowa State University, where he taught freshman English for four years before coming to San Francisco in 1988. Kevin has worked for Heald College since 1993 and currently holds the title of Manager of Technical Programs while teaching in Heald's MCSE program on the weekends. Kevin holds a Windows NT 4.0 MCSE and a Windows 2000 MCSE.
