Review quote

This is a very satisfying piece, giving "Now the green blade riseth" an original tune that is a worthy alternative to Noel nouvelet. Despite a keyboard flourish on "Quick from the dead" at the climax in the centre of this well-shaped piece, the emphasis is on the gentle and warm love that is "come again". * Church Music Quarterly, March 2007 *show more
