About Matteo Pericoli
Matteo Pericoli was born in Milan and has worked as an architect, illustrator, author, journalist and teacher. He is best known for his illustrated books of New York, where he lived from 1995 to 2008 and in particular, the iconic MANHATTAN UNFURLED. His work is regularly featured in the Observer, the New York Times and La Stampa, Italy's national newspaper. He is also often commissioned for album artwork (Beastie Boys Four Boroughs). Matteo is currently living in Turin with his family.
