About Shobha Viswanath
Shobha Viswanath: Co-founder and Publishing Director of Karadi Tales Company, Shobha Viswanath has been responsible for steering the direction of the publishing house. An author herself, she has published books with Puffin and Scholastic. Through her work, she hopes that children will recognise, appreciate, and enjoy art and make it an integral part of their story process. Shilpa Ranade: Shilpa Ranade is an illustrator and an Associate Professor at the Industrial Design Centre at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. A graduate of the well-renowned JJ Institute of Applied Art, Shilpa completed her postgraduate studies at IIT Bombay and Royal College of Art, London. A talented animator and film-maker, Shilpa's works have been exhibited and awarded at various national and international film festivals.
