Listen and Hear, Level 2
Listen and Hear is a three-book listening series for adult learners from the false-beginning to lower-intermediate level. It teaches students to recognize and understand key language points in everyday situations. Students are exposed to a variety of listening materials including radio excerpts, telephone messages, and realistic conversations. Listen and Hear lessons consist of a review section that presents target language and previews the vocabulary, functions, and structures. A two-part activity section develops listening comprehension, and a follow-up section gives students the opportunity to use the key language they've learned. Also included are two review lessons and a separate section focusing on pronunciation skills.
