Helena Lindblom is a great example of a person who had no previous knowledge of meditation when she started, over 17 years ago. She had to find it out for herself, with both trial and errors along the way. She always knew that she didn't want to live a "normal" life and this was one of the reasons she has been very independent and curious. Early on she realized that people have a tendency to complicate things. Especially so when it comes to spiritual development. After having worked within the tourism, - and hotel management industry for many years, she felt there must be more to life, and felt a strong calling for her to develop her spiritual side more. She started out meditating from tapes with guided meditations as well as other friendly suggestions from people around her, but never felt that it was for her. She loved the actual meditation, but it was so complicated. She tried several different techniques while she was deepening her spiritual development. She has now build up a successful business specialising in teaching others simple, down to earth and easy techniques to be able to do it themselves. She is well on her way of achieving her life vision, and is now travelling around the world teaching and guiding people. As a teacher she is very keen on being able to help others, and that her knowledge will be of benefit, so they, just like her, will be able to achieve inner peace and happiness.
