My desire is that all the remaining part of my personal Estate after debts paid and rec'd be div'd as the law directs. l make and ordain my dear and honoured Father Philip Lee Esqr. my dear Brothers Francis Lee, llenry Lee and Thomas Lee, Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. in witness whereof, &c., &c. On the 3d of July, 1739, Henry Lee, one of the executors named in ' this will, renounced his executorship, as he was "determined to goe directly to England;" this renunciation was witnessed by Philip, the father, and Hancock, the brothel'. No mention was made in the will of Philip Lee, Sr., of a son, Henry; he may have settled permanently in England or have died without issue, before the date of his father's will. The children of Philip and Bridget Lee, as named in his will, were: 11. Tnomts' (fourth), son of Philip Lee' (Richard ', Richard') by Sarah Brooke, his first wife, was born, and died in August or September, 1749; of his life there is no record. He married Christiana Sim, daughter of Dr. l'alrick Sim, of Prince George's county, Md., and Mttry, his wife, who was a daughter of the llon. Thomas llrooke, of " Brookelield;" she was probably his first cousin. After his death, Mrs. Lee married Capt. Walter Smith. Thomas Lee's will was made in August and probated in October, 1749. The will was without date; these are from the probate act. In the name of God, Amen.
