Debra Ren-Etta Sullivan is president of the Praxis Institute for Early Childhood. She has over 25 years of experience in higher education as a teacher, researcher, and administrator. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Seattle University. Debra was the first dean at Pacific Oaks College.
