He has over 25 years' experience of helping business leaders build winning teams. He distilled his insights into his first book " Leaders' Map: helping doers think and thinkers do." He wanted to follow it up with a practical self coaching book and so began the collaboration with his friends Andy Blacknell and Andy Coombe and the result was Leaders' Journal. An Oxford graduate who began his career as an economist, authoring books on the European Market and Management Education. He developed his career in Change & Communications and led the Towers Watson Practices in the USA and UK. Nowadays Andy works through Blacknell Ventures. Andy Coombe Andy, according to his co-authors, is a brilliant facilitator. He thrives in sparking individuals and groups to think, talk and act to bring life and success to work.
