That all of section sixteen in chapter one hundred Lobsterspro and seventy-nine of the General Laws, between the word lobster, teeted' in the second line of said section, and the word and, in the tenth line of said section, shall be stricken therefrom, and the following inserted in place thereof Less than ten and one-half inches in length, measuring from one extreme of the body, extend ed, to the other, exclusive of claws or feelers.
